However, if you don’t abide by these guidelines, expect to pay anywhere from $20 to $39 for each offense. A cash advance fee of 3% of the cash advance of $10, whichever is higher, will be charged on top of the 22.9% APR.

Unfortunately, this card does not come with any rewards or points. Although there are no reward points, this card offers all the platinum benefits offered by most other credit cards and MasterCards for that matter. You can enjoy exclusive savings provided by Capital One as you get 10% savings on all items and 4% off on certain selected deals at the Capital One Saving Zone available for you through Yahoo! Shopping. Aside from that, you are given 24 hours a day, seven days a week customer support and online account service. It also provides roadside emergency assistance round the clock which covers towing, lock-out service and flat repair.

With the Capital One® 　Platinum Card for Students, you are also eligible to up to $100,000-worth automatic travel accident insurance wherever you are around the world, as well as damage, collision or loss insurance for cars you rent out. If you suddenly lose your card or if it gets stolen, you can have cash or card replacement immediately, and have $0 fraud liability just in case there is unauthorized use.
