If I donate to a charity, do I still get bonus rewards or points?
The good news is that the amounts that you donate to charity also count as purchases so that you still get points or rewards on rebate style credit cards. So it seems that being charitable and philanthropic actually does bring it’s rewards, especially if you use your credit card to make your donations to good causes.
