Some credit card companies let you withdraw a cash advance from your credit card. This can be done through a bank or an ATM. However usually withdrawing a cash advance is accompanied by a high fee or interest rate.
Some credit card companies let you withdraw as much money as your credit card limit and others impose a maximum limit or a daily cash limit.
